-3000000000 - An ancient race builds a series of "Planet Killers" to combat the Borg.(ref   novel Vendetta) 
-1000000000 - Slaver Empire (spanning the galaxy) is destroyed by a revolt, leading to a destruction of most intelligent life in the galaxy. The only things left of this empire are "stasis boxes", the contents of which are not affected by time.(ref- TAS Slaver Weapon) 
-2000000 - The Preservers seed various planets with human/ humanoid life. (ref - TOS) 
-997800 - The city around the Guardian of Forever is built (ref - TOS "City on the edge..")
-11800 - The Klingon Senate Hall is built 
-10000 - Vulcan is at war with itself 
-2737 - Spock and McCoy end up in Sarpeidon's past Zarabeth becomes pregnant with Spock's son (Zar) (ref - novel Yesterdays Son)
 -869 - Kahless the Unforgettable unites the Klingons 
          -The Bat'leth is invented 
-67 - Surak Born. He will eventually stop the fighting on Vulcan. 
150 - A group of 80000 Vulcans leave after losing the last war, using sublight ships. Contact with this group is lost. their descendants will form the Romulan Empire. 
1368 - Kamen(aka Picard) lives a lifetime on Kataan. A probe is launched before Kataan's sun goes Nova, and will eventually be found by the Enterprise-D (ref - Inner Light) 
1893 - Data comes to the past accidentally, and loses his head. (ref - TNG Times Arrow)
1930 - Transported to the past by the Guardian of Forever, Kirk stops McCoy from saving Edith Keeler.(ref - TOS City...) 
1957 - Humanity begins exploration of space with launch of Sputnik 
1962 - Khan Noonian Singh born (ref - Space Seed) 
1986 - Kirk and co. come back in time to get some whales to repopulate the species in the 23rd century. (ref - ST4) "There be WHALES here!" 
1992 - Beginning of the Eugenics Wars (sometimes called the third world war because it starts out mainly in third world countries, though NOT to be confused with World War III).
1996 -  The end of the Eugenics wars as Khan and the other supermen are sent into space on the Botany Bay in suspended animation. (ref - Space Seed) 
          - The Voyager makes it to Earth, only for a short time. 
2020 - Nomad launched and found evidence of ancient alien visitation on one of Saturn's moons. Nomad later disappears. (ref - TOS Changeling) 
2024 - Reunification of Ireland (ref - TNG High Ground) 
2042 - Baseball finishes off it's last world series which draws an audience of only 300 people. 
2030 - Zephram Cochrane born 2030s
         - Clone wars (TMP novel) 
2036 - The New UN formed (ref - TNG E.A.Farpoint) 
2047 - Mind control revolt (TMP novel) 
2062 - The Fundamental Declaration of the Martian Colonies grants local autonomy to all the inhabited regions of the Sol system 
2063 - Cochrane achieves Warp 1 in humanity's first Warp Speed flight. A nearby Vulcan ship detects this and makes First Contact with Humans. Although this is the first official meeting between Vulcans and Humans, it is widely presumed that Vulcan has had probes, and possibly manned ships studying Earth for years or decades by now. 
2065 -  First Kzinti invasion of Earth (this leads to 4 Kzinti/Earth wars, the Kzinti lose all of them) (ref-officers manual) (date reference - instead of 2049 - 2064 the wars must have happened after discovery of warp drive, so now; 2065 - 2080) 
2078 -  Post atomic-age begins (ref - TNG) 
2079 -  All "United Earth" nonsense abolished (ref - TNG Farpoint) 
2080 -  Kzinti invasions halt (approximately 200 years before "slaver weapon") (ref - TAS Slaver Weapon) 
2090 - First contact with Tellarites (61 Cygni) (ref - Fandom) 
2093 - First contact with Andorians (ref - Fandom) 2117 *
         -  Zephram Cochrane disappears and is presumed dead at age 87 (ref - TOS)
